The Oppo Find X9 Ultra has officially launched in India. Some people believe that this flagship phone will give tough competition to Samsung. It has two 200MP penta-rear cameras, a 50MP 10x telephoto lens, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and a 7,050mAh silicon-carbon battery. It is launched in the Oppo Find X9 series along with other variants.

Oppo Has Done Some Serious Work on the Cameras
The moment you look or hold the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, you can tell the cameras are this phone’s USP. It has a big circular camera module at the back that covers most of the rear panel. The Tundra Umber version has a vegan leather finish that gives the phone a premium feel. Its camera ring and side button are orange in colour. India Today points out that the phone looks like a DSLR, and that comparison actually makes sense. The device is 9.1mm thick and weighs about 235 grams.
The 10x Optical Zoom Camera
Oppo has decided to bring back the trend of long-range zoom. The phone features a 50MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. According to 91Mobiles, Oppo has added a big sensor for this 10x zoom camera compared to its previous models that offered similar zoom. You may also see a 20x lossless zoom. The complete rear camera setup includes:

Oppo has again tried Hasselblad to tune cameras with design. They want their photos to be more natural so that users don’t have to edit them again and again. Skin tones look balanced, and image brightness does not look aggressive in most conditions. The phone performs quite well in low light and zoom photos. At 10x zoom, the Find X9 Ultra apparently gives more details without making photos look fake or overly enhanced. That said, the camera processing has some limitations. Some technophiles mention that some photos of this Oppo phone are brighter than they should be. They also hope that they may improve their software through future updates.

AMOLED Display for Flagship Users
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra has a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and refresh rates of 144Hz. The screen also supports Dolby Vision and HDR content. According to The Hindu, the display can attain 3,600 nits peak brightness, which improves its visibility under direct sunlight and other types of light. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass. All these features in the display make the phone highly compatible for watching videos, editing photos, or playing games.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Processor
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Performance should not be a concern with this device. You can easily play heavy games, edit videos in 4k, and multitask. This phone can handle everything. The device has a ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Oppo has added features like AI summaries, AI Recorder, and better cross-device sharing tools. It has the new feature of O+ Connect. It actually helps to share files between Android phones, iPhones, iPads, and even Macs.
Massive 7050 mAh Silicon-Carbon Battery
No doubt, the cameras have stolen the show. However, the battery setup on the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is impressive. The phone comes with a massive 7,050mAh silicon-carbon battery. This is bigger than any other flagship phone currently offers. The Find X9 Ultra supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The Hindustan Times confirms that the charger comes in the box. Oppo officially states that the battery of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra can easily last more than 24 hours, even if you use the camera heavily.

Oppo Find X9S: Affordable Flagship Option
In addition to the Ultra model, Oppo also launched the Find X9S in India for users who want flagship-level features at a low price. The Find X9s has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, triple 50MP rear cameras, and a 7,025mAh battery with 80W charging. The starting price of the Find X9s in India is Rs 79,999, and the Find X9 Ultra starts at Rs 1,69,999 before offers and discounts.
